Welcome to the home of Dry Creek Sourdough.

We’re a home-based bakery located in the Dry Creek Ranch area of Boise, Idaho. We bake daily with mindfully-sourced, healthy ingredients to craft delicious, seasonal varieties of sourdough staples and family favorites.

Everything we make is available weekly at the Dry Creek Ranch Farmer’s Market on Tuesdays 4-6pm and Saturday 9am-12pm (May – October). Follow us on facebook and instagram for announcements and weekly winter pop-up locations.

Here are some of our fan favorites made in small batches from 100+ year starter. While our core items are almost always available, we enjoy adding seasonal selections to spice things up a little. Follow us on facebook and instagram for what’s currently baking. We’re always working on new recipes and variations so drop us a line if there’s something you’d like to see added to the oven!

Classic sourdough round

Organic flour, sea salt, filtered water and organic olive oil. A milder style sourdough with a great crunchy crust and moist interior. $10/loaf

Sourdough sandwich loaf

Organic flour, sea salt, filtered water, organic olive oil, and grass-fed butter. Crafted to become your family’s new (healthy) go-to sandwich bread. $7/loaf

Sourdough banana bread

Our 100+ year sourdough starter combined with our favorite Hawaiian-style banana bread recipe. Melts in your mouth goodness. $13/loaf

Cowboy cookies

A hearty-mix-in style cookie with a cowboy kick. Grass-fed butter, organic sugars, cage-free eggs, organic oats, pecans, coconut flakes and of course, chocolate chips. Giddy-up!. $12/six

A savory twist on our classic sourdough with roasted garlic, fresh rosemary and parmigiano and reggiano cheeses. Manja! $13/loaf

Sourdough baguette

Our classic sourdough recipe in an easy to slice baguette. Cross slice for your favorite crostini recipe or cut lengthwise to build the ultimate sub! $6/loaf

Sourdough pumpkin bread

Our 100+ year sourdough starter infused into a fall baking staple. Pumpkin puree, autumnal spices—moist, and tender crumb. $13/loaf

Blueberry + lemon scones

Jalapeño cheddar round

A cheesy, spicy twist on our classic sourdough with hand-shredded Tilamook cheddar and tangy, pickled jalapeños. Oh my! $13/loaf

Cinnamon raisin loaf

Organic flour, sea salt, filtered water, organic olive oil, plump organic raisins, cinnamon and organic brown sugar. Glazed with grass-fed butter and utterly addicting. $12/loaf
